The Yangchuanosaurus is a large carnivorous dinosaur that lived in China approximately 160 million years ago, during the Late Jurassic period. This theropod could reach up to 10 meters in length and was distinguished by its snout adorned with small bony crests, which gave it an imposing appearance.
A formidable predator, it likely hunted alone and preyed on the large herbivores of its time. Its robust skeleton and sharp teeth made it one of Asia's most dangerous carnivores.
The Papo Yangchuanosaurus figurine realistically captures the characteristics of this spectacular dinosaur: distinctive crest, scaly skin, and dynamic posture. A fascinating model to enrich a dinosaur collection, recreate Jurassic scenes, or spark the curiosity of paleontology enthusiasts.
A great gift idea for curious children, prehistoric enthusiasts and dinosaur adventures, and collectors of Papo figurines.
